Submit Compliment or Complaint

Have you had contact with an Officer that you think did a great job and want to give them recognition? Complete the Compliment form and return it in person to the Greenfield Police Department to let them know. The form will be given to the Officer’s supervisor to let them know the Officer did well.

Did you have a negative interaction with one of our Officers? We want to know that, too. Complete the Complaint form, sign it and return it in person to the Greenfield Police Department. The complaint will be given to the Officer’s Supervisor to investigate. We want to know how we can improve and better serve you.
